Red Chile Caserecce Dried Pasta

Our pals over at Deano's Pastaria slow dry their pasta in small batches on wooden racks.  Pasta is dried for over 2 days the way it was done years ago on the hills in Italy. This process makes the pasta tastes more like fresh pasta! 100 % semolina pasta packed in a full one pound (16 oz) bag.
